Continue to keep your thoughts and prayers for the members of our Armed Forces serving around the world, especially during this time of increased awareness. Please thank God for these men and women every day. In addition, please keep the wives and family members in your thoughts.

Those who are not yet unemployed, but layoffs are looming
Anne -(Lalocaweta) - Please pray for her as she undergoes treatment for a medical problem she is facing.
Dana - requests prayer for her sister, Renee. She had tumor on her jaw removed. Now needs jaw reconstruction on 7/23 - (10 hour surgery scheduled).
Debra - has been put on no work by doctor due to memory loss that is related to recent hospitalization. Also, with the no work comes less pay. Prayers for the financial side of the situation.
George - prayers for Oleta J., Brad's MIL. She is in JPS with pneumonia and COPD among other health issues. On 6/14 they removed liquid from her lungs and the area around her lungs. Also pray for Brad's wife, also Oleta. She is a sweetheart. Give her strength at this time.
Janet (1divaatheart) - her husband's kidney will be removed on 7/16, followed by lots of followup.
Jill - pray for Jill this coming week as she leaves for her annual 6 weeks back home, with the kids.
Karen (Misty750342002) - A friend of Karen's from work (who is like a son to her), Dustin Murphy, is 24 years old and has been diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease.
Meggie - friend Nancy is in assisted living home and is on her last days. Pray for Meggie's family also as they try to fight through this.
Ramon - has strayed after 15 years of sobriety. He is now sober for 32 days, but very tempted. Pray for him to make the right decisions.
SandiB - prayers for her as she has some personal concerns right now.
Vicki V. - husband Patrick has Ataxia and Neuropathy of the left side. Which basically means he has virtually no feeling in his left leg and foot. Experiencing fatigue.
Vanessa (Butterfly Reborn) - requests prayer for her family. There were no specifics, but I am sure the Lord knows.
Below are two of God's children that definitely need our prayers. These are two specific cases, we know there are others out there. Remember them too.
Gina J. - Pray for her 6 year old Marina, diagnosed with a terminal illness at age 2. She has improved, but still needs our prayers. Pray for this brave little girl.

sittin at home on the balcony (cat is in her chair relaxin like a fat cat does). Today was one hell of a day... had a conference call with one of my customers today that should have lasted 30-45 min max and I swear by the end of hour 2 I was about to reach through the phone, headslap him and say "HELLO DO YOU NOT LISTEN?" Thankfully sales was on the call with me... and had to suffer through a THREE HOUR call with this man that doesn't listen and has to set up a physical meeting within the next 10 days! (bless him LOL)

I've had an exhausting day here. Unfortunately, it wasn't a result of activity, just emotionally and mentally exhausting.
I was up early this morning, filed my online unemployment claim, updated my online profiles with my new DFW phone number, applied for 4 jobs, kept plugging away on the house, went to the bank and my shrink and when I got home, the Realtor was here. We spent nearly 3 hours with her doing the listing for the house. When we finished, I was completely wiped out. Michael made dinner and then we went to Costco. When we got home from there, I took a 2 hour nap. When I woke up, I came upstairs and started cleaning off my bathroom vanity, but I didn't fini**** and have crawled into bed.
This week will be busy...I still need to clean out closets in all four bedrooms. I've got new piles started for Goodwill, Craigslist and 1/2 Price Books. Thursday morning, we're heading up to McKinney to spend the weekend at Sara's. The realtor will be back next week Tuesday for photographs, so I've got a lot of work to do in addition to applying for more jobs, doing my in person appearance at unemployment, getting an oil change on the car, and trying to still have some fun.
Quick update on Michael's aunt and uncle. His aunt is off the vent post-surgery and seems to be doing fine. His uncle has been through x-rays, scans, etc. and is being treated for his injuries. Hopefully they'll both have speedy recoveries.
I'm hopefully off to sleep. Prayers for all who need them.

WOW What a busy day for me. It is 11pm.............I just got home from work - job#2.
We'll get off at 3pm on Thursday and be off until MOnday at the day job. But I took off Monday also from job#1 - I may work for a couple of hours on Friday and Sunday on job# 3........
Not much else going on this week..............................I'm not gonna be on here long - haven't been on most of the day - so I thought I"d get caught up a littl e- hit the stationary bike for a 30 min or so ride...and then off to bed!!

Special prayers still being said for Oleta and her Mom. Prayers for all of the spoken and unspoken requests. Special healing prayers for Elizabeth Grace and the rest of our kids. Special prayers for those hurting tonight for what ever reason. Blessings to all.
Got to sleep in again today. LOVED seeing a "10" as the first numbers on the clock yesterday morning! Won't get to do that though today as the girls all have their annual eye appts so have to be at the eye doctor by 9:00 so need to be up by 8:00. Oh well, there's always tomorrow!
Guess I'd better head off to bed so I CAN get up at 8:00! hehehe...
